1) You must be a NEW associate. (If you have an existing ID with us you are not eligible.)
2) Only 1 bonus can be paid per person, household, company, organization, family or entity.
3) Associates will NOT be performing insurance activities on behalf of Group Benefit Agency, Inc. If insurance advise is needed, associate, prospect and/or client must contact one of our licensed representatives to handle insurance related issues and/or questions by the group.
4) You must make 5 existing group health transfers to our agency Group Benefit Agency, Inc. for companies with OVER 5 employees enrolled in the group health plan within 30 days of signup. Click here for the letter that must be signed by an authorized person of the group, sent to us and approved by the carrier.
5) Once the 5 health insurance groups of five or more enrolled employees transfer to our agency, Group Benefit Agency Inc, and are approved by the carrier; you will be paid the $200 signing bonus by PAYPAL.
6) Associates will be compensated on a fixed dollar amount that is not based on a customer's purchase of insurance through Group Benefit Agency, Inc.
7) The payments are made for the bonuses on the 1st day of the month.
8) You must have a PAYPAL account in order to receive the payment.
9) Cancellations will affect your total transfers (Example, 5 transfers-1 cancellation = 4 transfers)
